Returns

Our customers continue to be our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, email us at customerservice@annateiko.com and return the merchandise accompanied by a packing slip within 10 days of receiving the items, for an exchange or refund, a 10 day period is required for your bank account to be refunded. Returns with receipts over 10 days or without a receipt will receive store credit.

Merchandise that is used, worn or in unsellable condition will not be refunded nor exchanged. We strongly encourage customers to choose a method of shipment that provides tracking as AnnaTeiko Designs will not responsible for lost returned packages.

Wrong Item Received


If you receive items that you did not order or if items are missing from your order, please E-mail us at, AnnaTeiko@yahoo.com, for an exchange as soon as you notice.

Damaged Items


If by chance that your order is damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at customerservice@annateiko.com as soon as possible, to reorder new merchandise or to be reimbursed.
